Letting or Property Management - Cleaning & Maintenance

As a property and letting managers you need to know that any property on your books is suitable for either viewings - preferably for an actual let!

Our service based on criteria that you set in advance. It can be as basic as -
a basic clean. In any event:

You choose - do you want the carpets cleaned, the upholstery examined for stains and treated or curtains cleaned ‘in situ’.
You may need bathrooms or kitchens cleaned and sanitised
You may want external cleaning e.g. block paving or patios
You may need minor repairs carried out.
You may want an assessment/survey carried out for you
You will need written quotations

A risk assessment will be carried out at each site as part of our standard operational procedures and all sites are post work inspected as part of our service.

A copy of our Health and Safety documentation, site risk assessment form, employees and public liability insurance certificates will be made available to you.
